Hourly Rehearsal Rooms

Designed to accommodate a range of music rehearsal needs—including full band rehearsals, individual practice, videography and private instruction—our hourly rooms provide a fully equipped, professional environment. Each space will be sound-treated and outfitted with pro-level gear, including:

• Drum kits
• Guitar and bass amplifiers
• PA systems with microphones

Additionally, musicians can rent guitars, basses, cymbals, and specialty hardware as needed. For those looking to capture their performances, we offer professional recording and live video production services as add-ons.

Hourly Pricing:

• Studio 1 – $30/hr (1-hour minimum)
• Studio 2 – $36/hr (1-hour minimum)

Monthly “Lockout” Rooms

Our monthly rooms provide a dedicated, customizable space for bands, musicians, artists, and other creative individuals seeking a long-term home for their craft. Each room serves as a blank canvas, allowing tenants to personalize their space while benefiting from sound-treated walls to minimize sound bleed between rooms.

We offer three monthly room options:

• The Essentials – Essentials rooms are approximately 120 sq. ft., $650 per month. Ideal for individuals or small bands seeking an affordable, private creative space.
• The Next Level – Next Level rooms are a bit larger and range from 160 to 200 sq. ft., $800-$900 per month. Spacious enough for larger bands and various creative endeavors.
• The Executive – Executive rooms are extra large spaces designed for larger groups. At over 250 sq. ft., these rooms are perfect for large bands, an artist collective, or just anyone who needs the space. These rooms rent for between $1150 and $1250 per month.
