Hourly Rehearsal Studios
Our Hourly Studios are designed to accommodate a range of music rehearsal needs—including full band rehearsals, individual practice, videography and private instruction—our hourly rooms provide a fully equipped, professional environment. Each space is sound-treated and outfitted with pro-level gear.
Hourly Studio 1 – $25/hr, is approximately 260 sqr ft and includes the following equipment:
- 4 piece Premier Genista drum set
- 1 x Marshall guitar cab with Boss Katana head
- 1 x Line 6 guitar cab with Boss Katana head
- Gallien Krueger bass amp / cab
- Mackie PA / Carvin speakers / floor monitors
- Mics, mic stands, cables, etc
- Mini fridge with free bottled water
If you are looking for an even bigger space to jam, our Event Space Studio is for you. At approximately 500 sqr ft, there’s plenty of room to rock. Current pricing is $30/hr.
Equipment included in the Event Space Studio –
- 4 piece 1960’s Rogers drum set
- Crate 4×12 Cab with Boss Katana MKII head
- Randall 4×12 Guitar Cab with Boss Katana Gen 3 head
- Hartke Bass Rig
- Carvin PA with 2 mounted speakers, mics, mic stands.

Our Monthly Studios provide a dedicated, customizable space for bands, musicians, artists, and other creative individuals seeking a long-term home for their craft. Each studio serves as a blank canvas, allowing tenants to personalize their space while benefiting from sound-treated walls to minimize sound bleed between rooms.
These dedicated studios will come in several sizes, from approximately 100 sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft. with several sizes in between. Prices will start at $450 per month and increase based on square footage.
