Hourly Rehearsal Rooms
Our Hourly Rooms will be designed to accommodate a range of music rehearsal needs—including full band rehearsals, individual practice, videography and private instruction—our hourly rooms provide a fully equipped, professional environment. Each space will be sound-treated and outfitted with pro-level gear, including:
- Drum kits
- Guitar and bass amplifiers
- PA systems with microphones
For those looking to capture their performances, we will offer professional recording and live video production services as add-ons in the future and plan to eventually add on gear rental as well.
Hourly Pricing will range from $27 – $37 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. Be on the lookout for grand opening specials!
Monthly “Lockout” Rooms
Our Monthly Rooms provide a dedicated, customizable space for bands, musicians, artists, and other creative individuals seeking a long-term home for their craft. Each room serves as a blank canvas, allowing tenants to personalize their space while benefiting from sound-treated walls to minimize sound bleed between rooms.
These dedicated studios will come in several sizes, from approximately 80 sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft. with several sizes in between. Prices will start at $450 per month and increase based on square footage. As with our Hourly Rehearsal rooms – be on the lookout for grand opening specials!
